I Saw the Devil

This week we take a break from martial arts and get seriously dark with 2010's Korean masterpiece, I Saw the Devil.

We question the film's brutality, ask who the titular devil is and ponder why Lee Byung-hun doesn't get more recognition.
We also have an Avatar: The Last Airbender Blu Ray give away and answer a lot of food centric listener questions. Enjoy!

Five Superfighters

We're live from Cyrus' lair and things get wild! We discuss an underrated shapes classic, whether crunchy or smooth peanut butter is better and, for some stupid reason, me and Cyrus do the Paqui One Chip Challenge. It does NOT go well.

Later on we answer listener questions. We give our thoughts on movie trailers, we ask ourselves which Sex and the City character we are and Cyrus gets a little trigger happy with the tv remote.

The Grandmaster

This week we get all high brow as we talk about Wong Kar Wai's art house homage to martial arts. We discuss a ton of things, including the possibility of the film being too pretentious, Ip Man being a bit of a dick and who the title of The Grandmaster actually refers to.

Ninja in the Dragon's Den

SHAKA NINJA! This week we discuss Corey Yuen's directorial debut, Ninja in the Dragon's Den.

Shogun Assassin

The Fu for Thought crew head to Japan this week (via the US) as we watch the classic exploitation flick, Shogun Assassin. THERE WILL BE BLOOD.

We discuss whether blood geysers are a good or bad thing, which of the Masters of Death is our favorite and Devan airs her frustrations with the ending. Then we go our usual route and answer your listener questions!
